At Dukes Weight Loss, we want you to feel confident in your transformation journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
